At Happi Yogi, our instructors have creative freedom.
Expect a different style and approach in each instructor's class.

Some  like to incorporate short stories, poetry, mantras, and positive affirmations. Other instructors might use essential oils or hands on posture-enhancements. Some instructors may have strong anatomy backgrounds and might incorporate that into their classes.

Or maybe you're looking for a teacher to que you through the postures without any of the extra “fluff”.

Make sure you read the teachers biographies (HERE) to know what to expect!
